Eric Ayala has been a member of our team since August of 2013. He grew up in California then moved to Washington in 1989, where he worked as the Assistant Restaurant and Banquet Manager at the Hyatt Hotel in Bellevue. Eric has a degree in Business Administration from Cerritos College in California. While studying to become a fireman/paramedic at Rio Hondo College, and working at Six Flags Movieland Wax Museum in California and Hilton Hotels, the hospitality field started becoming more appealing. "I like being helpful to people, and the hospitality field was a better way for me to do that while people are having a good time, although I had to assist in delivering a baby one time." Since then, Eric's career in the hospitality field has taken him all over the world with hotel food & beverage, event concessions, and hotel operations management onboard cruise ships and land based cruise line companies.
